REIKI

Relaxation alone promotes a host of benefits from the mind and body including a heightened sense of wellbeing, release of muscle tension, and relief from anxiety and depression. In addition, relaxation has been shown to help restore immune function and improve circulation, enhancing healing throughout your body.
MERIDIAN THERAPY

Using acupressure, this method works to unblock the meridians of the body. It is believed that the blockage of meridians causes discomfort and ultimately disease in the body. By releasing the blockage, the circulation of energy can be restored and the body can then begin to heal itself.

Practitioners apply energy to points on an anatomic model with a small magnetic hammer or other methods. The
practitioner will focus their conscious
mind on physical locations on the figurine to corresponding locations on the patient, where blockages have stopped the normal flow of nurturing Chi energy. The subconscious connection allows entrainment of the diseased organ back to the healthy bioelectrical signals.

I was born in American fork, Utah. I grew up here doing things that average families do. I have 3 brothers and loving parents, a wonderful supportive husband, children, grandchildren, but that’s not what might interest you.
My journey in energy healing began in 2000 when I met a Reiki Master at a self-development seminar. I was already sensitive to the feelings and aches and pains of those around me and she suggested that Reiki might be a good solution for me. Being raised in a conservative community, I had never heard of alternative healing. It was all so new to me.
My first teacher was a nurse. A lovely woman named Shannon Grimm. She was gentle and Kind and taught me Reiki 1 and Reiki 2. She said she was not planning to teach any more master classes for a while so I began looking for another teacher. I became associated with a young Reiki Master named Timothous Seaton. I studied with him for a brief time during which I met Mari Hall who was to become the teacher who would change my life forever.
I traveled to Boston to take a class she was teaching named “ONE”, a wonderful healing system that is delivered through the finger tips. She invited me to join her Master’s program, informing me of the requirements to be accepted.
You must have practiced Reiki for at least 3 years and have worked on at least 100 clients, 25% of them 3 or more times. To her Master was more than a title, it meant something. In the mean time I had been volunteering at Vista Care Hospice, for the past year and had treated enough clients to fill the requirements.
One thing you should know at this point is training with Mari, who is a published author of several books and international teacher with many great accomplishments of her own, would be the first of many great adventures in my life.
I traveled to the Chezk Republic for a 7 day course with Mari. There were students from Holland, Spain, Netherlands… etc. It was amazing. I suddenly was able to see the world from a different perspective. We are all the same i.e. We all love our families, we all want our children to do well, we are all feel pain when we are hurt. We may have different customs but we are so much more alike than we are different.Mari taught me so many things, anyway, Mari attuned me to Master. A year later, I traveled to the island of Cyprus for another 7 day course and was attuned to Master/Teacher at the ruins of the temple of Athena.
As I told you it was a great adventure. Not only was I given the great gift of Reiki. the world and the people in it were opened to me for the first time.
I am passionate about helping people!
The feeling of gratitude I feel when the cancer patient has relief from pain…
The Alzheimer patient has more clarity for a couple of days…
The person who is overwhelmed with stress feels calmer…
I could go on and on…
I love to do Reiki and teach others to do Reiki.
